The Cardinale Cocktail

Thanks to the intuition of Dolce Vita’s symbol barman Raimondo, this cocktail was created at the Orvm Bar during the Jubilee of 1950 in honor of the Swiss Cardinal Spellman. The drink, with its typical ruby red color, shortly became an icon for the Italian mixology around the world.
